This is a GREAT COMPANY! They are experts at what they do and are easy to work with. When I got around to replacing my 45-year old steel basement bulkhead, a general contractor I’ve had great results with on many projects quoted a replacement of just the doors and skimming the steel treads with concrete, but when their bulkhead subcontractor arrived he said the whole unit needed to be replaced, and he couldn’t do it. Very soon after I was referred to The Bulkhead Man & Sons, who came out and quoted a full replacement for what seemed to me a very fair price. They just finished the two-day job today and I couldn’t be happier – they somehow fit through my small backyard gates and stone steps with a small Bobcat to excavate the old bulkhead and install the new, much more robust, custom-sized unit, assembled the three pieces of the new unit, sealed all the seams, poured a new concrete first step (the old one was a mix of concrete and cobble) and touched up the pre-primed exposed areas. As promised, they left my patio cleaner than they found it, and patiently answered all my questions as the work proceeded. Eleven out of ten rating for Craig, Jenny and their team!
