We have decided to go with them. We had talked to about 5 different people, so he was the best one. He was the most helpful. He explained the repair very well with great details. He seemed to know what the subject matter. He listened to some of the other ideas that people had about it. He explained what would work in this situation. He is very experienced and has been doing it for a long time. He explained the process to us clearly and what was going to happen and how it would take and what step he would take. He gave us the quote right then and there. He drew us a contract and gave all the details.
