Offering a full-time general construction laborer position to a candidate with a strong work ethic, desire to learn, and team player attitude. Prior experience with carpentry and/or concrete is welcomed, but not required. Competitive benefits with medical, dental, vision, and annual clothing allowance. We work a flexible 5-day, 40-hour week (+/-), subject to change due to workload, weather, and job conditions. Overtime paid at 1.5 times hourly pay. No mandatory weekend work. Job requires working in various outdoor weather conditions year-round.

– Light sheet metal work
– Concrete foundation modification/repair
– Masonry
– Siding modifications/repair
– Demolition
– Exterior door installation
– Painting
Candidate Characteristics/Requirements
– Ability to lift 80 lbs. from ground to shoulder height
– Ability to be on feet all day
– Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
– Experience driving with a trailer is a plus
